Your Responsibilities
Lab work – All Embryology procedures, troubleshooting, error management, new SOP implementation & timely updates, KPI implementation
Quality Control – Embryology TQMS implementation
Documentation/updation – Cost sheets, communication sheets, ARTis, document control Embryology lab
Support – Handle Andrology complaints
Coordination – Patient communication, other centres, departments
Audits – Embryology lab
Stock management - Liquid nitrogen storage vessels etc.
Training – Juniors & new joiners, NHO
