Job Type: 100% full time (day shift) work from Clinic/office
Ensure smooth functioning of the patient relations department functions.
Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients using medical or administrative knowledge.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Interact with patients and engage them or address their concerns/complaints.
Handle escalations from patients, medical team.
Ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues, concerns, and complaints.
Act as a mediator between patients, patient relations team and the Doctors.
Work towards minimizing the patient waiting time.
Coordinate with different departments and the department managers/heads.
Conduct patient satisfaction surveys. - Patient relations team management.
Hold regular meetings with team to identify/understand issues and resolve them.
Training & development of the team.
Plan team roster.
Streamline systems and processes to enhance patient experience.
