Dr Rashmi Niphadkar is an expert in infertility treatment and has a special focus on endometriosis, advanced maternal age, premature ovarian failure, and recurrent implantation failure. Through her expertise and holistic approach, Dr Rashmi has enabled several couples to overcome infertility and attain parenthood.
Dr Rashmi completed her MBBS from D.Y. Patil Hospital, Mumbai, and DGO from Nowrosjee Wadia Hospital, Mumbai. She is a gold medalist in her Masters in Reproductive Medicine at IBC Homerton (UK). Dr Rashmi did her Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Psychotherapeutics from Fergusson College, ICOG Reproductive Medicine from Cradle IVF, Pune, and Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from OSHERM, Pune. She completed her elective in the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, US. Dr Rashmi is a certified ACLS provider under American Heart Association. She has several research papers to her credit and is an active participant in workshops and conferences.
Prior to Oasis Fertility, Dr Rashmi worked at Symbiosis Medical College for Women and Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune.
