Diet To Increase Sperm Count

3. Bell Peppers

4. Berries

There are several edible berries at present like blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, and strawberries. 9. Kale

It can either be consumed by adding it to a raw salad or slightly cooked according to the preference. 

10. Kiwi

It is known for its unique taste and texture and has a high content of vitamin C, also quite a good source of vitamin K, vitamin E and folate.
