Diet To Increase Sperm Count

A healthy and nutritious diet is one of the most critical parts of a lifestyle intervention for men looking for ways to fight male infertility symptoms and boost their sperm count. 3. Bell Peppers

9. Kale

It is considered as a highly nutritious green leafy vegetable which is typically a great source of antioxidant compounds. Kale also contains plenty of vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin A, iron, calcium, copper, potassium and zinc. It can either be consumed by adding it to a raw salad or slightly cooked according to the preference. 

10. Kiwi

It is known for its unique taste and texture and has a high content of vitamin C, also quite a good source of vitamin K, vitamin E and folate.
