Dr. Swopna Susmita Majhi

Dr. Swopna Susmita has specialised training in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) along with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynaecology. An MBBS graduate from Sriram Chandra Bhanja Medical College & Hospital, she went on to complete her master's (MS) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati (MKCG) Medical College. She further strengthened her fertility expertise through a Fellowship in ART at OC Academy with clinical training at Oasis Fertility, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Swopna completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at MKCG Medical College, Berhampur and internship at SCB Medical College. Her clinical expertise includes the full scope of women’s reproductive healthcare, from personalised IVF, IUI, to laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Swopna has actively contributed to academic and research activities. She has completed the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (ICMR & NIE) and the Basic Course in Medical Education (NMC), reflecting her commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous learning. Dr Swopna is recognised for her exceptional patient counselling skills, ensuring compassionate and patient-centred care.
