Dr Sai Lakshmi Abburi

Dr. Sai Lakshmi Abburi is a fertility specialist with training in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and minimal-access surgery. She holds an MBBS from SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Institute, and an MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from PES Institute of Medical Sciences & Research. She pursued her Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (FRM) from Oasis Fertility & IVF Centre and has also earned a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS). Dr. Sai Lakshmi has clinical exposure in handling controlled ovarian stimulation, follicular tracking, IUI, IVF, cycle programming, RPL evaluation, endocrine management, PCOS, endometriosis, and thyroid-related infertility cases. She is trained in transvaginal follicular studies, pelvic ultrasound, diagnostic laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy. Previously, Dr. Sai Lakshmi worked as a Senior Resident at KIMS, Secunderabad, and as a Junior Consultant at Nalluri Nursing Home, Ongole. She has multiple research publications to her credit in both national and international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Sai Lakshmi is known for ethical, patient-centred fertility care and the ability to manage complex fertility cases with strong clinical expertise and compassion.
