Fallopian tube disorders like scarring and blockages can lead or obstruct the passage of eggs from the ovaries to the uterus, causing infertility. Pelvic inflammatory disease, previous surgeries and endometriosis are usually the causes for fallopian tube disorders. HSG or laparoscopy are the imaging tests done for diagnosing these disorders. Medications, minimally invasive procedures assisted reproductive technologies like IVF are the treatments for these.
